Natural products are unparallel sources of inspiration for novel molecular architectures, possessing vast potential in discovering new medicinal or agrochemical agents. Our group strives to discover, design, and develop novel unprecedented chemical disconnections that enable the concise organic synthesis of bioactive natural products with biomedical applications. Moreover, this approach allows us to furnish scalable synthesis of natural products and their analogues. It will serve as potential lead compounds in drug discovery or novel probes to examine cellular or biosynthetic processes. Our methodology integrates chemical and enzymatic solutions, harnessing the full spectrum of tools available to organic chemists.
